The Midlife Shift: Menopause, Energy, & Identity

Menopause is more than hormones and hot flushes. For many women, it can affect their work, energy, mood, sleep, confidence, relationships and even the sense of who they are. This talk explores what is really happening during the midlife transition and why so many women find themselves feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves. We’ll unpack the links between hormones, nutrition, movement, stress and wellbeing, challenge common myths, and explore practical ways to support your body and mind through this stage of life. A thoughtful, empowering conversation about understanding the transition and navigating it with confidence.
