Kylie Pengelly Linke is a dynamic speaker and customer experience strategist who blends sharp wit, bold ideas and human-first tech. After starting an Aussie pub from scratch in Sweden (as you do), she learnt human connection is everything. Her AI-powered ‘let’s make life easier’ strategy leaves audiences fired up to make tech work for them.
