When there were no rules for Association Football (soccer) or Australian Rules, what did it look like, who played, and where? What happened at the ‘big split’ in 1873? Andrew Reilly is an amateur historian alongside his day work running a social impact consultancy. Following the legacy of his football journalist grandfather and father, Andrew explores what it takes to kick off a sport that becomes the world game.
