Brain Health - Can you prevent dementia?

Brain Health has emerged as a global priority, with neurological conditions now the leading cause of death and disability worldwide. More than 55 million people live with dementia worldwide, with 10 million new cases each year. However if we explore all the known risk factors for dementia, over half of these factors are modifiable. This means dementia can theoretically be prevented or delayed in many people. This talk will highlight some of the amazing domains of brain health, and how they can be proactively monitored and targeted throughout life. It is a worthwhile investment!
