Title

Freedom Before Circumstance explores the hidden belief that peace, freedom, joy, worth, and fulfilment are dependent on external conditions. Many people live in a subtle state of waiting—for success, certainty, recognition, healing, relationships, or financial security—before allowing themselves to fully live. This talk examines how identity becomes tied to circumstances, outcomes, and social expectations, creating an invisible sense of heaviness and incompletion. Drawing from lived experience, psychology, philosophy, and contemplative traditions, the session invites participants to consider a different possibility: that freedom is not something granted by life conditions, but a deeper quality of being expressed through them.

Bio

Dr. Scott Adrian Zarcinas (aka DoctorZed) is a doctor, author, and spiritual coach who helps people untangle what’s actually happening when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or conflicted. His work reveals the invisible weight they’re carrying—the sense that something isn’t quite right, or hasn’t quite started yet—so it can drop, and life can begin to move again. At its core, this is a return to what he calls Soul Identity—where clarity, freedom, and direction are already present.
