Bio

Nick Muxlow is the author of the bestselling ‘Run Fit’, ‘Journey to Kona’ and ‘Journey to 100’. He currently coaches at The Run Journey, The Ultra Journey and The Kona Journey. Nick has over 20 years’ experience and regularly shares his knowledge with athletes through industry events, publications and partnerships.

Nick's coaching is underpinned by a Bachelor of Applied Science Human Movement and a Bachelor of Education and his personal accomplishments include winning a number of state championships, he has set numerous course records along with representing Australia in multiple triathlon races and also finished the ultimate race – the Hawaii Ironman World Championships. Nick is well known for allowing athletes to train with confidence, enjoy the journey and finish with a smile.
