Please don't fire me - I have a brain!

How insulting - to be replaced in your workplace by an “employee” with no brain. But – like it or not – the future of work has arrived and many jobs are already being undertaken by "robots". While it’s tempting to only focus on the negatives - job losses, displacement and mass unemployment - there are many potential benefits. The catch, however, is that the benefits require us to fundamentally redefine the skills that are necessary for humans. This talk will unpack the truth behind 21st century skills, why they are important, and what we need to do to ensure we reap the benefits of Artificial Intelligence and automation.
