Sleep well, be well – helping our kids sleep better

Sleep problems affect 20% of infants and typically developing children and up to 70% of children with ADHD or autism. Most sleep problems are behavioural in origin and can lead to poor mental health and wellbeing outcomes for children and parents alike. Join Professor Harriet Hiscock as she talks about common sleep problems, and offers practical, effective and evidence-based ways to improve sleep and wellbeing. You’ll also learn more about Harriet’s journey and determination to put evidence into the hands of Australian families through a sleep app, Sleep with Kip books, podcasts, training programs and collaboration with one of Australia’s leading clothing companies.
