How to Stop Hating Exercise

Some of us are sporty, athletic and love to parade around in tights. Some of us openly hate those people. No matter where you fit on that scale, we all have some things in common when it comes to movement. 1) We all have abilities and capabilities, and we often stop thinking about those when we reach whiskey drinking age. 2) We have been fed bulls**t from the exercise industry for years about what we ‘should’ be doing to stay fit. This talk will provide some critical challenges to movement and exercise culture, expose some lies, and help you find the joy of movement.
