AI, and language models like ChatGPT, are increasingly being integrated into business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Yet, the use of AI in business is wrought with myths and misunderstandings. AI has the potential to revolutionize the way businesses operate, but it is essential to approach its implementation with caution.
