Thomas Groll received his PhD in economics from the University of Oregon in 2012. He also holds a Diplom/MSc in economics (2008) from the University of Konstanz, Germany and a MSc in economics (2006) from the University of Oregon. His main academic interests relate to topics in public economics, industrial organization, political economy, and applied microeconomics.
