Exercise hacks: How to exercise and not know it
We keep hearing we need to exercise more, but most of us are too busy to find the time. Melody’s talk will help redefine what it means to lead an ‘active life’, and share hacks to build exercise into your daily routine (and save money on gym memberships and personal trainers). Warning – this talk may include yoga!
